Birth Doula Services

Birth Doula Services include:

1. A prenatal visits to discuss the couple's preferences for the birth.
2. Answer questions by phone or email.
3. On-call from 38 weeks, 24/7 up until the birth.
4. Maintain a back up doula on-call for the birth in case of an emergency.
5. When labor starts the Doula will stay with the mom throughout labor, encouraging the mother, helping her with positions, massage and comfort measures.
6. Help with breastfeeding immediately following the birth.
7. A postpartum visit to help process the birth experience, follow up on breastfeeding issues, and provide a list of resources in the area.

• Birth Doula Fee $1200 ($50 consultation fee is subtracted from birth fee if hired)
